How to submit your request
Please send requests for leave by mail, fax or email it to one of the following:

You can also hand deliver your form to the Boarding House Reception no later than 5pm on the Thursday prior to your requested leave start date.
A seperate form is required for each leave occassion.
Parental and guardian authorisation
Parents/guardians must acknowledge that they have been in contact with their daughter' nominated host and have agreed to the leave arrangements.
The Director of Boarding is responsible for reviewing and approving Host Supervised Leave Requests.
Please remember
- Hosts must be aged 25 years or over
- Once a student is in the care of the host (other than her parents) she may NOT go elsewhere, other than in their company
- Under NSW law, it is an offence for minors to drink alcohol
- Boarders must return from Weekend Leave by 8pm on the night of return or by 8am Monday morning
