Patricia Horsley Memorial Concert

The KRB community is warmly invited to the inaugural Patricia Horsley Memorial Concert on Sunday 20 September at 2.30pm, celebrating the life and legacy of distinguished alumna and generous benefactor Patricia Horsley (RB 1947).

Patricia’s lifelong commitment to the Sacred Heart tradition and to KRB left an enduring mark on our School. As a devoted member and former President of the Chapel Society, she played a pivotal role in preserving many of the treasures that continue to enrich our heritage today, including the restoration of the Chapel, its historic 1890 Puget organ, stained glass windows and other significant furnishings. Her dedication also helped return the historic Vercruysse altar to KRB, ensuring an important part of our spiritual and architectural history was restored to its rightful home.

Presented by Pastór de Lasala OAM, honorary custodial curator of the Chapel’s 1890 Puget organ, the concert will feature performances by Lillian C (Year 11) and Poppy G (Year 10), with a program including works by Théodore Dubois, Denis Bédard, Albert Périlhou, Gabriel Fauré and César Franck.

Join us for this special afternoon of music as we honour Patricia’s remarkable contribution to the life and heritage of Kincoppal-Rose Bay.
