Advancement and Community News

We extend a huge thank you to our community who donated many wonderful prizes to our recent Kincoppal-Rose Bay Virtual auction.    We were very excited to be able to auction prizes ranging from Museum tours, dog grooming packages, Sydney Harbour Cruises, dinners at local restaurants, wines and gourmet hampers and sporting experiences at the SCG.  A total of $65,910 was raised and will be donated to the KRB Bursary Fund set up to provide support for families in financial need.

The NSW State Government Department of Planning Industry & Environment has approved the State Significant Development Application (SSDA) for the KRB Master Plan.   The SSDA reflects the School’s Whole Campus Master Plan and comprises some 14 individual projects covering both the Junior School Campus and the Senior School Campus. This is exciting news for the School and its community. The SSDA approval gives us the permission to renew our campuses over several years to deliver improved learning spaces and facilities for our students and staff. Ensuring that our campuses are modern and vibrant is our obligation to future generations and in keeping with the Mission of the Society of the Sacred Heart.

If you would like more information about the KRB Master Plan, please contact Mary Cook (Director of Advancement & Community) on 61 2 9388 6024 or via email at cookm@krb.nsw.edu.au.
